We want you to love your handmade carpet. Since each piece is crafted with care, our policies are designed to be fair and transparent.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted only if the product is:
Damaged during transit
Defective
Different from what you ordered
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
We will arrange the return pickup at our cost.
Replacement & Exchange
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send a replacement/exchange carpet.
Refunds will be considered only if a replacement is not possible.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.
